PUBLIC NOTICE – PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO FEES AND CHARGES
The Shire of Moora hereby gives notice of its intention to amend its Schedule of Fees and Charges pursuant to Section 6.16 of the Local Government Act 1995.
Amendment to Existing Fees
Orders and Requisitions
Current Fee: $133.00
Proposed Fee: $75.00 (GST applicable)
Change to Fee Description
Hockey Oval to be updated to Hockey Oval & Building
Rates, Orders and Requisitions to be updated to Orders and Requisitions
New Fees Introduced
Lifeguard Fee (per hour)
Commercial/Business: $40.00
Community/Individual: $40.00 (GST applicable)
Swimming Lesson Fee (per 30-minute group session)
Community/Individual: $20.00 (GST applicable)
Swimming Lesson Fee (per 30-minute private session)
Community/Individual: $50.00 (GST applicable)
The proposed amendments will take effect from 23 April 2026.
Submissions regarding the proposed fees and charges may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Moora, by 20 April 2026.
