PUBLICE NOTICE - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ELECTORS

2024/2025 Financial Year

The Annual General meeting of Electors of the Shire of Moora will be held on Tuesday, 21 April 2026 commencing at 6.30pm in the Moora Performing Arts Centre.

Order of business will be:

• Presenting and Receiving the 2024/2025 Annual Report for the Year Ended 30 June 2025
• General Business – (prior written questions only)

Please note that questions that require staff research or a detailed answer are to be in written form to the Chief Executive Officer by close of business on Monday, 20-April-2026.

Copies of the 2024/2025 Annual Report are available on the Shire’s website https://www.moora.wa.gov.au/documents/annual-reports, at the meeting or on request.
