Public Comment Open – Environmental Licence Application

The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) has received an application from the Water Corporation on behalf of Rathmona Moora Pty Ltd for a licence under the Environmental Protection Act 1986.

The application relates to the land application of biosolids at Rathmona Farm (Lot 70 & Lot 9001 on Plan 67751 and Lot 804 on Diagram 421928) and is classified as Category 61A – Solid Waste Facility under the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987.

Closes: 13 March 2026 (21 days from notice date)

DWER is seeking public comment on environmental considerations and whether the proposal is consistent with the local Town Planning Scheme or requires planning approval.
