Moora Bed Race & Street Festival

Moora’s Bed Race & Street Festival is being held on Thursday, 14th December. This is a family friendly, alcohol and drug free event, that celebrates the end of the school year, harvest and the Festive Season while raising funds for Chaplains for Schools.
If you are new to town, this is what the event is all about:
- Hospital bed street racing, beginning at 5.30pm.
- The Street Festival sets up from about 5.30pm:
- A visit by Father Christmas in the fire truck, with lollies for everyone. Father Christmas will be in his chair under the Rotary Clock from 6.45pm.
- Food and other stalls.
- Plenty of free entertainment for the kids, including Foam Frenzy, Lions Paw Patrol ride on’s & Bubblemania, Facepainting, Bumper Cars, Obstacle Course, Clydesdale Wagon Rides and more.
The Moora Chamber of Commerce $1,250 12 Days of Christmas Shop Local winners will be drawn on the night.
Rotary Christmas Lights competition is also drawn at the Bed Race prize giving.
