Manager, Community Development and Stakeholder Services
The opportunity
The Shire of Moora is seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded Manager, Community Development and Stakeholder Services.
Working closely with local groups and regional organisations, you will lead the delivery of community projects, events and initiatives that make the Shire of Moora a vibrant regional centre with a growing, caring community. You will also be responsible for:
- Fostering positive and collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding bodies, government authorities and community groups;
- Managing community-facing facilities, including the Shire of Moora Lifestyle Village, Central Midlands Hydrotherapy Pool, Moora War Memorial Pool, Sporting and Recreation Precinct, and Moora Performing Arts Centre; and
- Securing appropriate grant funding to best enable community development.
What we offer
- Fixed term contract up to five years with the possibility to extend.
- Base salary starting from $102,752, plus superannuation guarantee.
- Additional superannuation of up to 5%, subject to employee co-contributions.
