Cleaner
The Opportunity
The Shire of Moora is seeking a detail-oriented Cleaner, who takes pride in their work, to join our Infrastructure Services team. You will be part of a great team and help us provide high level cleaning services for our Council owned facilities.
What we offer
- Fixed term six-month contract, with possibility of extension
- Part-time position for a minimum of 54 hours per fortnight, plus rostered weekend shifts

What we need from you
- Demonstrated experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in a commercial setting.
- High attention to detail.
- Team oriented and positive attitude.
- Availability to work roster-based weekend shifts.
- Developed time management skills, and ability to work without supervision.
- Working knowledge of the cleaning industry, including cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safe work practices.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
- Current satisfactory National Police Clearance.
Preferred skills and experience
- Working knowledge of relevant Occupational Safety and Health requirements
Employment is contingent upon provision of a current satisfactory National Police Clearance, and a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment including Drug and Alcohol Testing.
