Moora Grandstand and Oval

The Grandstand is a popular seating area to watch the local footy games. There is one football club in Moora – The Mavericks.

There are three competitions running throughout the year- summer, winter and mixed.

Sunday matches through the district from October-March.  Knights is the local team.

Moora Swimming Pool

Open October through to March.  Aqua aerobics and learn to swim classes are available.

The tennis club boasts 6 synthetic courts.

Moora Bowls Club

Summer season.  Mens, Ladies and Pennants.  There is also an annual Corporate bowls tournament.

The golf club is very active six months of the year with weekend golf competitions and tournaments. 

Equestrian Park

Pony Club and horse trials are very popular and many equestrian events are held at this park.

The Moora Club is an incorporated body and offers members a place to meet for a quiet drink.  The local darts competition runs from this establishment.
