2022 Australia Day Awards
The Moora community celebrated Australia Day on Wednesday 26 January with a cooked BBQ breakfast prepared by our hardworking local Rotarians and followed with the 2022 Australia Day award presentations recognising our outstanding volunteers.
The 2022 Australia Day Award recipients were:
Citizen of the Year Allie Gledhill
Senior Citizen of the Year Sheryl Bryan
Rotary Volunteer of the Year Lynn Harding
Event of the Year Community Garden hosted by Gardiner Street Arts Collective
Certificate of acknowledgement Moora Historical Society
