Australia Day Awards 2008

08-02-2008
The Community Australia Day Awards held at Apex Park on Saturday 26th January 2008 were a great success with approximately 250 people attending the breakfast.

The Shire of Moora and The Rotary Club of Moora host this day to recognise some very special, hardworking and dedicated community members. Every nominee received an invitation to the event and the actual award recipients were announced on the day. This year each of our award recipients, notified of their award on the day, received a Premiers Australia Day Award certificate, a flag pin badge, an engraved lapel badge and a mounted certificate from the Shire of Moora.

The winners for the 2008 Community Australia Day Awards for the Shire of Moora are:community.jpg
