Works Supervisor

Salary package ($83,883 to $84,549) depending on experience, with a cash component of $55,000 to $60,000 subject to negotiation. The Shire of Moora seeks to employ within their Works Department, a Works Supervisor to oversee their road program and outside workforce. This position has become vacant due to the retirement of their current supervisor.

Key aspects of the position are; effective communication and team leadership, supervision and coordination of Council’s works projects including road construction and maintenance, drainage and parks and gardens. Knowledge and skills related to plant operation is essential.

Moora is a dynamic rural community located 172 kms north of Perth, with a full range of facilities including a new hospital, gymnasium, swimming pool, senior high school, doctor’s surgery, dentist and much more. A three bedroom brick and tile residence is available at a subsidised rent.
